4th Trimester Community Cafe

Mamas truly need their village AFTER their baby is born! We are here to BE your village, answer your questions, and provide an opportunity for you to meet other new parents in the 4th trimester of “Joyous Chaos!” Drop by with your baby (siblings welcome) and meet the 4th Trimester Village! Our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants will be available for questions about breastfeeding, newborns & post partum care. A Midwife, Pediatric NP/MD, CFT Practitioner, and Pelvic Floor PT will be there with open arms! If you have an urgent need please call one of our providers for a phone or in-person consultation.
